From youth soccer, and minor league baseball to college sports, hockey, golf and tennis
there is something for everyone who likes to participate in and watch sports.
Great Falls is home to the Voyagers, a minor league rookie baseball team affiliated with the Chicago White Sox. You can come enjoy a hot dog and cold beverage from mid-April – September. Or, you can cheer on the home team at one of the many University of Providence sporting events.
The puck drops on center ice each season for the Americans, an Amateur Hockey Association program, serving Great Falls area youth ages five through 18. The fields team with club and high school soccer each season. Little League baseball ushers in spring every year. Take to the court with the Heisey basketball program. And, kids make a splash all year long with on the club swim team. There are also many programs offered through the City’s park and rec department.
Golf on one of four 18-hole courses in the area. There is nothing better than a day on the links spring, summer or fall. You can even catch a day or two in the winter. When snow flies, the courses are a great place to cross country ski, snowshoe or take the dog for a walk. If tennis is your thing, Great Falls has several public courts in addition to the facilities at Meadow Lark Country Club.
