Great Falls has a rich arts and culture scene. There are world-class western art museums, hip modern art museums, a symphony, children’s museum, concert series, monthly First Friday Art Walks and much more.   Something for every taste and style!

Great Falls is fortunate to be home to the famed CM Russell Museum of Art which houses the largest collection of Charles M Russell works in the world along with such well-known artists as O. C. Seltzer, Winold Reiss and many others. If you prefer a more modern aesthetic, the Paris Gibson Square Museum is a great choice. Its eclectic collection of modern pieces is juxtaposed to the 100 year old historic building in which it resides. Enjoy a delicious lunch in the café and stroll around the art. And be sure to take in all the wonderful galleries throughout the city many of which are highlighted in the First Friday Art Walks in downtown Great Falls.

Let the music take you away at the Great Falls Symphony which traditionally presents a seven concert symphony series, a chamber music series, and a Broadway in Great Falls series. The organization also includes a Youth Orchestra Program including two orchestral ensembles serving northcentral Montana students ages 11 to 19. In addition, you can enjoy one of the many Great Falls Concert Association performances. They offer six shows representing an eclectic group of music and comedy, something for everyone who loves performing arts.

If you would rather participate than watch, Great Falls offers many art and music classes and education programs at the various venues across the city. The programs offer classes for all ages, interests and ability.
